Delivery, returns & warranty

Free delivery on cardio machines, or on orders of AED 1,000+ that include a training kit, within our delivery areas. Assembly is extra. Standard delivery fees below apply to other orders. There is no minimum order. Fees include 5% VAT.

• Dubai: AED 69.30, 1 to 2 working days.
• Sharjah: AED 100.80, 2 to 3 working days.
• Ajman: AED 109.20, 2 to 3 working days.
• Abu Dhabi: AED 130.20, 2 to 3 working days.
• Ras Al Khaimah: AED 137.55, 2 to 3 working days.
• Al Ain: AED 148.05, 2 to 3 working days.
• Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: ask us on WhatsApp.
• Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are delivered on Monday in Dubai and on Tuesday in other emirates. No deliveries on public holidays.

Assembly is an optional add-on in the cart: AED 157.50 for the first item that needs assembly and AED 52.50 for each further item, incl. VAT, done by the supplier's team on the day of delivery. Concept2 equipment is assembled within the same delivery window when assembly is added.

Wall-mounted: installation is not offered as a standalone service. You can book a handyman through the JustLife service in the Careem app, from AED 119. Rubber flooring is fitted on a separate visit arranged with you on WhatsApp ; the team confirms how much flooring your space actually needs before the fitting is scheduled.

Remote areas outside the regular delivery routes may need a little extra time ; we confirm the timing with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Changed your mind? Return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You arrange and cover the return transport unless we agree otherwise. Bundles are returned as complete sets.

Exchanges: swap for another size or weight where available ; otherwise we refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned item passing inspection.

Damaged or faulty on arrival: message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We collect free of charge and replace the item, or refund you ; your choice.

Nothing here limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Warranty terms are those published by the supplier, Rebel Elite Fitness UAE, and cover defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase:

• Rebel Elite Fitness products: 6 months.
• Concept2 RowErg, SkiErg, BikeErg and StrengthErg: 2 years on parts and 5 years on the frame, per Concept2's published warranty.
• Cyclone and Hurricane airbikes: 1 year on the frame and all parts.
• SpeedMill: 3 years on the frame, 2 years on all other parts and components.

To make a claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo ; we handle it with the manufacturer for you. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear.

Prices in AED incl. 5% VAT. Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through Stripe ; your card details never touch our servers. Every order gets a confirmation email showing the VAT amount.

There is no minimum order value. Every item can be bought on its own, alongside other items, or added to a bundle.

Everything is sold subject to availability, first come first served. If an item sells out before your payment clears, we refund it in full.
