The Technique Plates are made from strong polyethylene and maintain the same 450mm outside diameter as standard Olympic bumper plates but come in lighter weights—2.5kg (Red) and 5kg (White). These plates are ideal for beginners or recovering athletes to practice movements like cleans, snatches, or deadlifts from the correct height before progressing to heavier lifts with actual bumper plates.
